Sustainability is defined as "forms of progress that meet the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs."
We as designers are somehow creators of our own world, and so we have a big responsability.
We need to make a possitive difference in a world that lacks solutions to manage a wide spectrum of complex social problems and enviromental degradation.

Sustentabilidad se define como "Cubrir las necesidades de la generación actual sin comprometer la capacidad de las generaciones futuras para atender sus propias necesidades."
Como diseñadores, somos de alguna manera creadores de nuestro mundo, y por lo tanto tenemos una gran responsabilidad.
Es necesario que logremos una diferencia positiva en un mundo al que le faltan soluciones para afrontar un amplio espectro de problemas sociales complejos y de degradación ambiental.
